Inspection software is utilized that allows us to share preliminary information (photographs and comments) at the end of the inspection. We find that the more informed our Customers are as soon as possible, the better. The report is only shared with those that that the Customer authorizes us to give access. A full detailed report is normally available within 24 hours of completing the inspection. Customers have access to this report from a web-based software at anytime where internet access is available. Follow-up questions are welcomed if something in the report is not clear. A separate meeting to review the data may be set up if that would be helpful.
